We require an initial application by the prospectus tenant to complete the Kreg Hill Real Estate Application Form which does not have a fee. For final approval, an additional Credit Application from Verified Information Service may be required. The fee for the this credit report will be $30 paid in advance by the applicant. If the Applicant rents the unit the $30 will be applied to the first months rent.
